Pho Chu The (Melbourne)

I took the tram over to Vietnam-town in Melbourne, after a rather intense night of boozing. Pulled up a seat, and sank my teeth into a spectacular bowl of Pho. It tasted almost as good as places I ate in Saigon and Hanoi. The noodles, broth, meat, condiments were all on point. The place was rammed full of lunchtime revellers and if you closed your eyes you'd be hard pressed to imagine you were in Australia.

Definitely worth seeing out if you are in Melbs.
